Location

Kabayan Hotel Pasay is found on Zamora Street on the corner of EDSA, just a few steps away from the MRT/LRT EDSA Station. It is only a 10-minute MRT ride to POEA, and 15 to 20-minute ride to either Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration (OWWA).

Other Government agencies easily accessible are the NBI, Philippine Seaman's Board, and other Foreign Embassies and Consulates. It is also a short ride to the International and Domestic airports, Baclaran Church and Baclaran flea market.

How to get to Kabayan Hotel
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, follow the directions to SLEX (South Luzon Expressway) taking the U-turn at Magallanes. Proceed to EDSA west bound. Drive towards Zamora Street (not taking the fly-over pass south-bound towards the airport). Kabayan Hotel Pasay is on the right side of the street.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
