Location

Networld Hotel is located on Roxas Boulevard on the corner of Perla Street, near Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue (formerly Buendia Avenue). It is a 20-minute car drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the Manila Domestic airport.

Located along and near major thoroughfares Roxas Boulevard and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Networld Hotel is barely 5 minutes' walk away from the World Trade Center, a few blocks away from the Japanese Embassy and just a walking distance from the CCP Complex which houses the Philippine Trade and Training Center, the Cultural Center of the Philippines and the Philippine International Convention Center.

Restaurants, bars, shopping and other entertainment centers including those in the trendy Malate district and in the SM Mall of Asia, currently the third largest shopping mall in the world, are easily accessible and within 10 to 15-minute drive from the hotel. About the same distance away are the U.S. Embassy, St. Luke's Medical Center Manila, the Rizal Park and Intramuros (walled city). Makati Central Business District and the Chinatown are also easily accessible from Networld Hotel.

How to get to Networld Hotel Manila
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, follow the directions to Roxas Blvd. Turn right, driving north towards Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue. Just after Sen. Gil J. Puyat, is Perla Street. Networld Hotel is on the right side of Roxas Blvd. on the corner of Perla Street.

The 6 Royal Rooms (7th to 9th floors) have 2 Semi-double Beds. Three of these corner rooms have a panoramic view of Manila Bay.

The Penthouse (10th floor) have either king size or twin beds.

Café Sampaguita
Savor the best of international and Asian Cuisine at the Coffee Shop called "Cafe Sampaguita". • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Early arrivals may be arranged but is subject to room availability and needs coordination with the Reservations Office. For check-out beyond 12 noon, a half day charge shall be applied. For check-out beyond 6 pm, a whole day charge shall be applied.
