Cebu has a brand new glow and it shows in the The Parklane lifestyle! Located across Ayala Center Cebu and Cebu Business Park, The Parklane is the city’s newest star with its perfect location, modern facilities and that legendary Cebuano hospitality.

The newest hotel in Cebu. The hotel is handicap friendly having a ramp from the lobby entrance to the hotel, and 3 elevators from the lobby to the rooms. There is also at least one (1) handicap room in each floor, or a total of 12 similar rooms with showers that are handheld. Almost all rooms have bathtubs.

All rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box, a coffee and tea making facility, complimentary mineral water, a hair dryer, and individually-controlled air-conditioning. Security cameras are installed for better security monitoring and maintenance. There is also a pool with Jacuzzi, a spa and a gym for relaxation and for work-out.

The Parklane also boasts of five (5) banquet halls ideal for meetings, corporate events and private parties. All function rooms are fully furnished with plush carpeting and state-of-the-art meeting and convention facilities. The business center provides personalized services for the business traveler.

Other hotel facilities include three (3) elevators, three (3) escalators, three (3) level basement parking, valet parking, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, tour desk and safety deposit boxes.

The Parklane Hotel is at the corner of Archbishop Reyes Avenue and Escario Street, just across Ayala Center Cebu and Cebu Business Park. Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, taxes and service charge.
• Children below 12 years old are free of charge, if sharing room and bed with parents, maximum two (2) children per room.
• Buffet Breakfast is for up to a maximum of two (2) persons per room.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. The hotel shall allow late check-out until 2 pm without additional charge if room is available and pre-arrangement has been made. Otherwise, a half-day charge will be imposed. Check-out beyond 6 pm will be charged the whole-day rate.

Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card)

The following cut off dates are allowed so that there is no cancellation charge,
except the 5% credit card processing fee.
